How Therapy Can Help
In therapy, I guide my clients in going deeper into their emotions and learning how to listen to their body. By doing so, they naturally heal and connect to their authentic self. This connected authenticity allows people to let go of self-criticism and self-hatred, find their voice, and re-discover the joys of being alive.
Additionally, therapy teaches practical tools to help people become centered and emotionally open, and helps people uncover their body's natural ability to know what's best for us.
